Scrabble strategy tips

  • Bingos pay. Playing all 7 tiles scores a 50-point bonus. Prioritize plays that use your whole rack when possible.
  • Hook letters. Short words that take an S, D, or ER at the end give you future flexibility.
  • Save Q, X, J, Z for premium squares. 8–10 pt tiles double or triple on coloured squares.
  • Balance your rack. Holding 4+ consonants or vowels cripples your next turn — unload the excess even at lower scores.

How the Scrabble cheat works

Enter your 7-tile rack (use ? for blanks). If you're extending a word already on the board, drop the connecting letter into the "Board letter" field. We then search the full ENABLE dictionary — the same word list used by most open-source Scrabble tools and compatible with the Tournament Word List (TWL) — for every legal play. Results are ranked by raw Scrabble point value so the best play sits at the top.
